Fees, payment process and cancellation policy

How much does it cost?

£60 per 1 hour session for face-to-face, telephone or online counselling.

How do I pay?

Fees are payable at least 24 hours in advance of each session via online banking. You will be sent the details ahead of your first session. Alternatively, you can pay in cash a session in advance.

Please note I do not accept payment from third parties such as employers or health insurance companies. I appreciate that there are certain circumstances in which it may be appropriate for a family member or friend to make the payments. This will not affect client confidentiality.

What happens if I can’t make a session?

Regular attendance is important but I understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you are unable to attend a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance otherwise the full fee will be payable. If I am unable to make our session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will give you as much notice as possible and any fees already paid will be refunded or carried forward to the next session.
